Speaker Bio:

Judit Magos – Clinical Operations Manager at Viatris Innovation, Allschwil
Judit is a pharmacist with a deep enthusiasm for clinical trials and extensive experience in both CRO and sponsor roles. Actively engaged in the Swiss pharma scene, she is passionate about helping those who want to enter the industry or learn more about this always exciting field. Committed to connecting with like-minded professionals, Judit is eager to exchange insights, share her networking tips and to contribute to this vibrant community.

Cinzia Fino – Clinical Trial Operations fellow at Novartis, Basel
Originally from the South of Italy, she earned her PhD in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Copenhagen in 2020, where she spent countless hours studying bacteria—because who doesn’t love microbes? Afterward, she pursued a 3.5-year Postdoctoral Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Basel, focusing on how tiny organisms can cause big problems. In September 2024, she made the leap into the pharmaceutical world by joining Novartis, where I now work in clinical trial operations. She has since traded lab coats for acronyms and conference calls, and—spoiler alert—turns out, she enjoys it just as much!
